In order to access and use the athletic performance enhancement and fitness services and products provided by the Company, subscribers must provide all information requested at the time of registration. This information is necessary to keep track of individual subscriber accounts and to contact the subscriber when needed.

Financial information collected by the Company, such as credit card number and expiration date, is used only to charge the subscriber for the services and products purchased. Aside from the credit card authorization center, financial information will not be given to any third party.

Personal information, such as name, address and email address, are used primarily to recognize individual subscriber accounts. The Company will periodically use individually identifiable information, such as email addresses, in order to contact the subscriber for technical support or to provide the subscriber with product updates and account information.

The Company may also provide various opt-out emails, newsletters or correspondence to its subscribers. Subscribers can unsubscribe from these emails, newsletters or correspondence at their option.

The Company has implemented security measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under the Company's control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL), and credit card information will not be disseminated via email. Please note that despite the efforts to protect information provided to the Company, the Company cannot guarantee that such information will not be lost, disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.

Correct and Accurate Records The Company uses its best efforts to ensure that the information provided by subscribers to the Company is correct and accurate. Upon becoming a subscriber of the website, the Company will send subscribers a welcome email. Subscribers can change their personal information at any time by simply logging into their account manager.
