1. The Plus Software includes the three drills in the Basic Software (Count, React and Sequence) plus the Agility Drill:
a. Agility Drill provides coaches with a valuable training tool. During conditioning or full body change-of-direction drills, a coach currently has to point various directions to force athletes to react, keep the drill time, critique technique and motivate the athletes. The Agility Drill allows the coach to choose arrow react drills or program custom arrow sequences. (Additional information on the Agility Drill is provided on the Drills page)
2. Customize Drills:
Edit and save drill settings, then save the drill by name.
3. Create Categories:
Organize custom drills to categories.
4. Create User Profiles:
Includes: User Name, Category, Date of Birth, Height, Weight, Sport, Position, Injuries or Previous Injuries.
5. Save and Export Results In Spreadsheet Format:
Drill results can be saved to user profiles and exported in pre-formatted spreadsheets to a PC or Mac.
6. Delay
Set a variable delay between the dots appearing on the screen. Available in Sequence and React Drills.
7. Flash Speed Setting
Will track errors if a user does not react or complete a sequence within a programmable time frame. Available in Sequence and React Drills.
8. React Drill Details
Tracks all reactions to a hundredth of a second and includes the times in the exported spreadsheet.
9. Compare Drill Results on Tablet
Shows a % increase or decrease for the user's last ten drill results.
Price: $250.00Basic Software
*All drills last for the pre-programmed amount of time or until the number of touches is complete.
1. The Basic Software includes the following three drill types:
a. Count Drills total the number of steps (touches) on the top or back sensors within a pre-determined time interval; or the amount of time used to complete a pre-determined total number of touches is measured. All sensors are activated on the sensor board or can program to distinguish right versus left foot touches on the top or back sensors. The user is able to perform drills which demand that both feet touch separate sensors simultaneously.
b. React Drills measure and improve the user’s reaction time. At random, one of the five lights is illuminated on the control panel forcing the user to react and touch the corresponding sensor on the sensor board.
c. Sequence Drills allow the user to pre-program a sequence from 1 to 20 sensors. If the programmed sequence isn’t performed in the correct order then the user will hear an audible beep when they touch an incorrect sensor.
2. Customize Drills:
Edit and Save drill settings, then save the drill by name.
3. Create Categories:
Organize customized drill to categories.
4. Create User Profiles
Includes: User Name, Date of Birth, Height, Weight, Sport, Position, Injuries or Previous Injuries.
5. Save and Export Results in Spreadsheet Format:
Drill results can be saved to user profiles and exported in pre-formatted spreadsheets to a PC or Mac.
